Congratulations to Bob “offcamber” for September 2016 JOTM Winner!

The photo is of my wife, Rachael’s 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel. Last year we went to the Ouray area in my JK and this year we decided to take my wife’s Grand Cherokee and try it out on the trails of Colorado. Her Jeep has a 2″ OME lift on it, aftermarket skids, and mopar rockrails and sits on 32.5″ tires. The Jeep handled all the trails we ran in the San Juans and averaged over 32mpg. The photo was taken on an overlook on Last Dollar Road between Ridgway and Telluride. If you haven’t driven it, Last Dollar Road is an awesome drive and great place to see lots of wildlife and old west mountain scenery (much of the original John Wayne western, True Grit was filmed right off the road and some of the buildings still stand.
