Thursday 

Various wheeling times throughout the day. Make your own arrangements. This is a good opportunity to check-in at the office.

Friday 

9:00 - Park Opens. Check-in if you not done so. 

9:30 - Arrive, air down, disconnect and line up with your respective group. Line up in the parking area at the top of the hill (not the office area).

10:00 - Driver's meeting & head out on the trails

12:00 - Lunch 

13:30 - Afternoon wheeling until member meeting 

19:00 - Membership Meeting and Dinner (details being finalized, but it will BBQ)

• Introductions by new BOD Nominees 
• Raffle prizes

Saturday

10:00 - Driver's meeting & head out on the trails

12:00 - Lunch 

13:30 - Afternoon wheeling until dusk

Return home on Sunday
